Terms of use.

Rehearsal Section Cues is a local-first planning and print utility. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the cue labels, measure references, player names, technical notes, and files you enter or export. The app is not intended to host scores or copyrighted charts. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your own backups.

Free utility and paid unlock

The free utility includes cue building, offline storage, JSON/CSV import and export, and printing sheets with up to six cues. Conductor unlock costs $12 as a one-time purchase and enables unlimited cue printing plus the condensed ensemble layout for the licensed product. It is not a subscription.

Checkout is hosted by Sociobot and Dodo is merchant of record. Purchase receipts, applicable taxes, and refund handling are provided through that checkout. A refunded, expired, revoked, invalid, or wrong-product license will no longer unlock paid features. Core data export and accessibility remain available.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass license verification, use it unlawfully, or enter material you do not have the right to use.

Availability and warranty

The utility is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Rehearsal decisions remain your responsibility. We may improve or discontinue online components, but exported data remains usable as ordinary JSON or CSV.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost rehearsal notes, missed performances, or loss caused by browser storage being cleared. Keep an export for important plans.
